Employee of the Month – May: Mulikat, Care Team Member

We are proud to celebrate Mulikat as our Employee of the Month for May.

Mulikat has been recognised for her outstanding dedication, compassionate approach and unwavering commitment to our residents’ wellbeing. Throughout May, she consistently demonstrated the values that are so important at Bramblings Residential Home, ensuring residents received the highest standard of care while feeling valued, respected and supported.

Her calm and caring nature helps residents feel comfortable and reassured, and she always takes the time to listen, offer encouragement and build meaningful relationships with those she supports. Mulikat’s kindness and patience have not gone unnoticed, with both residents and colleagues commenting on the positive impact she has on daily life within the home.

In addition to providing excellent care, Mulikat has been a fantastic team player, willingly supporting colleagues, sharing her knowledge and helping to ensure that every shift runs smoothly. Her reliability, professionalism and positive attitude make her a valued member of the Care Team and an excellent role model for others.

Mulikat’s dedication throughout May exemplified the person-centred approach we strive to provide at Bramblings. We are incredibly grateful for her hard work and commitment, and we are delighted to recognise her achievements with this well-deserved award.
