Care Team Member

At Bramblings Residential Home, our Care Team is made up of experienced Seniors and committed Care Assistants who work together to deliver safe, consistent and person-centred care. Our Seniors provide clear shift leadership, oversee care delivery, support medication management and ensure accurate documentation and effective communication with families and healthcare professionals.

Our Care Assistants deliver high-quality, hands-on support with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration and daily living tasks, always promoting dignity, respect and independence. The team works collaboratively to monitor residents’ wellbeing and maintain high standards of practice across every shift.

We focus on professionalism, accountability and continuous development, ensuring our residents receive reliable, compassionate care in a well-led and supportive environment.
