About Bramblings Care Home

Bramblings Care is set in 8 acres of private grounds overlooking the Fawkham Valley in Hartley, North West Kent.

Established in the early 1970’s as a 12-bedded care home we have expanded Bramblings Care home into a purpose built care facility providing residential care for up to 42 residents as well as additional day care services.

We provide Person Centered Care on a 24-hour basis through individual care planning which is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect an individuals changing needs.
We encourage residents’ independence and participation and endeavour to make them feel completely at home at all times. Bramblings is after all their home.
We promote choice through an holistic approach to a resident’s physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs.
We have an enthusiastic management and staff team that share in the values of dedication, kindness and respect.
