DEMENTIA CARE

Our residents living with dementia benefit from calm, enriching environments tailored to their specific needs.

RESIDENTIAL DEMENTIAL CARE

We recognise that each person’s experience with dementia is as individual as they are.

While a diagnosis may bring a greater need for care, our approach goes beyond clinical support—we prioritise emotional wellbeing, uphold personal identity and dignity, and encourage continued connection with loved ones. We achieve this by promoting choice, showing respect, minimising reliance on medication, and grounding our care in the latest research.

Our residents living with dementia benefit from calm, enriching environments tailored to their specific needs. At Bramblings we have thoughtfully designed spaces including dedicated social areas, outdoor terraces, and sensory rooms. We also collaborate with leading research institutions at the forefront of dementia care to ensure our personalised services reflect the most current best practices and innovations.

UNIQUE INDIVIDUAL

We are committed to respecting each resident as a unique individual, embracing both who they have been and who they are today.

Look Back!

Looking at old familiar photographs can potentially trigger memories and help feelings of engagement with the present. These visuals can stimulate the brain, improve memory function, and preserve a sense of identity that dementia often impacts.

Affected By All

Individuals living with dementia come from all walks of life and are often among the most marginalised in society.

TESTIMONIALS

When an elderly person becomes unable to live independently, the decision regarding their care is a huge one. Thank goodness I found Bramblings. The care given to my mum was superb from the day she arrived.

The Decision Regarding Care Is Huge, Resident Care

To all the staff at Bramblings, thank you so much for showing mum such love and kindness in her time with you. I always felt so comforted that she was with you all and safe. It gave me time to do things I couldn’t have done if I was the carer. God Bless!

I Always Felt Comforted, Resident Care

Thank you to everyone at Bramblings for being so kind and caring and making not just Mum but the whole family feel welcome.

We Feel So Welcomed, Resident Care

From the moment we went into Bramblings we were welcomed by the staff. They treated Mum with respect and were so patient and caring. They take time to talk to the residents and give them a cuddle. Each and every member of the staff that I met from the manager, carers, cleaners and the excellent kitchen staff took time to talk to me. They are a very special group of caring people. If Mum has to have respite care again, I hope that she will have a place in Bramblings.

Staff Took Time To Talk To Me, Respite Care

Thank you for the wonderful way that everyone at Bramblings cared for my dad. It was his first experience of respite care and I was very concerned. There was no need to be! When I came to collect Dad it was obvious that his stay with you had done him the world of good. He was like a new person!

He Was Like A New Person!, Respite Care

Thank you all so much for the care, dedication and friendship you gave my mum and myself……You made it as near as possible to mum being in her own home.

Thank You All So Much For The Care, Respite Care

All of us get frightened and confused at times – but people with dementia generally have a mix of good and bad days, happy moments and sad moments.

“Not all dementia is downbeat.”
