COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If you’re not happy with any aspect of our service, you’re welcome to follow our straightforward complaints procedure:

Please put your concern in writing within 30 days of the issue and email it to complaints@bramblingscare.co.uk
- 2
We will investigate the matter and respond with our findings in writing within 7 days along with a complaints reference number.

If you are dissatisfied with our initial response, you can submit a written appeal within 7 days to complaints@bramblingscare.co.uk quoting the complaints reference number

We will then determine any grounds of appeal and revert with our findings within 7 days.

When an elderly person becomes unable to live independently, the decision regarding their care is a huge one. Thank goodness I found Bramblings. The care given to my mum was superb from the day she arrived.
To all the staff at Bramblings, thank you so much for showing mum such love and kindness in her time with you. I always felt so comforted that she was with you all and safe. It gave me time to do things I couldn’t have done if I was the carer. God Bless!

From the moment we went into Bramblings we were welcomed by the staff. They treated Mum with respect and were so patient and caring. They take time to talk to the residents and give them a cuddle. Each and every member of the staff that I met from the manager, carers, cleaners and the excellent kitchen staff took time to talk to me. They are a very special group of caring people. If Mum has to have respite care again, I hope that she will have a place in Bramblings.
Thank you for the wonderful way that everyone at Bramblings cared for my dad. It was his first experience of respite care and I was very concerned. There was no need to be! When I came to collect Dad it was obvious that his stay with you had done him the world of good. He was like a new person!
Thank you all so much for the care, dedication and friendship you gave my mum and myself……You made it as near as possible to mum being in her own home.
