Gemma is a valued member of the Bramblings team and brings exceptional attention to detail and a highly organised approach to her role.

As our Care Plan Co-ordinator, Gemma oversees the maintenance of our digital care planning system and supports resident assessments and reviews. Working closely with the wider care and management teams, she helps ensure that care information remains accurate, up to date and centred around the individual needs of each resident.

Gemma combines her client-facing responsibilities with a methodical, process-driven approach, helping to ensure our residents and care teams are supported by clear and effective care planning.
